13 ½ oz fl Coconut Milk
3 tbsp Greek Yogurt
2 cloves Garlic

Directions
Step 1
Cube salmon and place in a bowl.

Marinate with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp each of salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Cajun seasoning, and juice of 1 lime.

Step 3
Boil 1 can of coconut milk, 1 cup rice, 1 tsp salt and lime juice. Simmer covered for 20 minutes.

Air fry marinated salmon for 12-15 mins at 390ºF.
Step 5
For crema, blend 3 tbsp Greek yogurt, jalapeño, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tsp salt, and lime juice.
