Ingredients

4 Bone In Chicken Thighs

1 tablespoon Olive Oil

1 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Pepper

1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 teaspoon Onion Powder

1 teaspoon Cumin

1 teaspoon Paprika

1 tablespoon Butter

4 minced Garlic Cloves

½ cup Shredded Parmesan

1 cup Half & Half

handful of Cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Begin by marinating the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and paprika.

Step 2

Place the marinated chicken in the Air Fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 390ºF.

Step 3

While the chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce. In a medium-heat pan, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in the half & half and add shredded Parmesan cheese. Allow it to simmer. Incorporate the cilantro and reduce the heat.

Step 4

Flip the chicken in the Air Fryer and cook for an additional 10 minutes.

Once the chicken is done, add it to the creamy sauce. Cook for 3 minutes, ensuring the chicken is well coated with the sauce.
